My only real concern as a traveller is that the rooms do not have a safe deposit box. You can use reception though. It's in great location and handy to most main touristy sites. This has been the second time I have used it so I think that says it all.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it is close to the Opera House. You are better off choosing a hotel in or near the old quarter.
