Overall nice hotel. Our bathrooms sink was clogged, the hot water lasted 2 minutes and the heater didnt work. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

good location, good value, lovely staff. you dont need to spend loads to stay by the lake. lovely windy street behind the hotel - nice and traffic free, good for bars. Tip: need glasses? mine cost £200 in london. go to opticians north of hotel and you can get a pair with lenses in 2 hours, for c $30. bargain!!
