i stayed 2 nights at march 2012 at little hanoi 1 at 48 hang ga. They gave us a free airport pick up and once we get there, they welcoming us very well and ready with our rooms. My room at third floor for 3 person and its big enough for three of us and cheap too. The bathroom bit... More

I was misled by the other review for their Hanoi Hostel 2, thinking that 1 would be the same. Arrived there, I was welcomed by a drink then like the last two reviews, a Vietnamese man by the desk who was pitching me ideas of what to do. Not that I do not like it but he was "selling" it... More

My stay at Little Hanoi was a short one - one night. I would describe it as a small place with a lot of heart. The person at the front desk, Tony, welcomed us with tea and advised us on some of the options we had during our stay in Hanoi, including the Halong Bay tour. He did seem a... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in early Jan 2012. We liked the rooms - they were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. There was a fridge in every room, no computer but nice furniture etc. My double room had an enormous bathroom but the other double room had a tiny bathroom. The only really bad part of staying... We booked this hotel online before coming to Hanoi. We read all the excellent reviews on tripadvisor about the staff and amazing service and we weren't disappointed. We arrived in Hanoi on an overnight train from Sapa and were at the hotel at 6 am. Night porter let us in straight away and offered us free breakfast and free internet... More

Partner and I stayed here two nights. Were very happy with the room. Hotel has a cheap restaurant on the bottom floor with pretty good food. Staff were amazing! they knew us by name and were extremely helpful, friendly and chatty. Really enjoyed talking to the staff. Only complaint was that the hot water didn't last long enough for 2... We stayed three nights here. The lady at reception was very helpful and not pushy at all. She told us about their tours and recommendations. We booked a day trip to Halong Bay and a day trip to Nin Binh from here and they were both very good. There was a couple of choices for breakfast, basic but definitely enough.... More

It's not often you come across a set of people so god damn genuine that it makes you feel like you want to take them home and give them a cuddle. The entire staff were magical, they greeted you warmly everytime they saw you, made EVERY effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible and gave you great tips... More

Stayed here for 4 nights and found the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, all be it a little small. The only negative was the recpetion shut really early (11pm ish) This meant that the commal bit was then also closed (which is a shame as 4 of us were travelling together and had to squash... More

This was the second time we stayed at Little Hanoi after visiting Vietnam 18-months earlier. On our first visit, the hotel was not so full so we were treated to a little more attention and friendliness from the staff to such an extent that we were certain that this was going to be the place that we'd always stay at... It is wrong situation. We do not want to guesse why the guest wrote like that, just see we have many customers daily, no one have to be suffered from that. Just stop doing not right things. We only know to serve our guest by our heart. More
