The staff is amazing! They helped us with everything; booking of tours + hotel in Sapa, suggested things to do in Hanoi, let us use a free room to shower after coming back from Sapa (even though we were not paying to stay in a room that day). Highly recommended!

We had a double room with private bathroom which was great. The room was very big and the bathroom was clean and they provide new towels everyday. The breakfast is fine.
