I had a very bad experience in this guest house. When we were bargaining over the price we agreed that I'd pay a dollar more, because I didn't want to promise the staff that I'd book my trip to Halong Bay at the guest house. These people are thieves & should be avoided at all costs! I lost $24 on a train ticket, and all of us were charged a "government tax" which does not even exist! Stay here at your peril!!!
