I've got an business trip in the early of may 2012 and have stayed in Anise hotel in Hanoi. This is one of my favorite hotel each time i come to Hanoi. Location is excellent, the rooms are clean, nice decoration, and staffs are so friendly and helpful.

This hotel became my home away from home while I was staying in Hanoi. The facilities are very clean and perfectly presented, the staff are unbelievably welcoming and bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy your time in Hanoi. clean is the opperative word when describing this hotel. it is not a five star hotel but the rooms had all you needed with a comfortable bed. a very clean bathroom and a good breakfast. friendly helpful staff to top the whole experience. i will definately stay here again.

The Anise hotel is a small, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff and an 8th floor restaurant where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. Right outside you can experience a busy road and square which you absolutely have to experience crossing the road.

The rooms at the Anise are nice, clean and comfortable. However, make sure you have rooms towards the rear of the hotel as it could become quite irritating with all the traffic and noise which starts quite early in the morning. Breakfast is quite good too. Overall value for money.
