We ended up staying here after our hotel situation fell through when we landed. The airport recommended this hotel and we paid 25USD, one night for a 2 single bed room. When we got there, we ended up in a back room on the top floor (6th floor). The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The walls were a... More

Very friendly and helpful staff in this perfectly located hotel. Very good breakfast (you can choose from a large selection of dishes - as many as you want). Highly recommended!

Me and my boyfriend got to this hotel via some guy who told us he knew some good hotels in the area (when we arrived from the airport by bus). We went with him and really liked the hotel rooms. The prices were too high for us, so we bargained them down to 300 000 dong for a double room... More

Our stay at the hotel was barely OK. At the reception we had trouble finding who were staff and who were people just hanging around, nobody really seemed to care. But the room was clean and the bed was allright. The breakfast was a disaster, only cold rice and some noodles, no bread or butter. We tried to order an... More

Hotel rate value for money and has a very humble and ever willing to serve Manager - Mr Tony Hoang together with his team of good staff offering excellent service. The most touching part is Mr Tony arranged for his cook to come at 5.30 am to prepare breakfast for the 4 of us as we are leaving for the... More

The first floor room was as depicted on hotel web site, clean and serviced daily. However, there are a few problems which we found annoying. Even though Hang But is not a through street, the area is extremely noisy, as is the rest of the old quarter. The roar of motorbikes and the honking of horns - which seems to... More

We really had an enjoyable trip to Hanoi, not once but twice!! We were very happy during our first visit to Hanoi old quarter and Halong bay last year. This year we were back again revisiting Hanoi besides making it to Sapa & Bac Ha market as well. Both the time we stayed at Hanoi Capital hotel and we really... More

A very comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean . There is an elevator to service the floors above. Breakfast is delicious and the tour desk is serviced by staff that know their business. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and were looked after as if we were the only guests. Our children... More

We booked the Hanoi Capital Hotel in the Old Quarter, and when we got there we were told that they were fully booked (even though I'd booked weeks ahead on Expedia) and they said they would have to move us to their other hotel which was 15 minutes away and not in the Old Quarter. I was pretty angry to... More
