Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and in general I think it's good value for your money. The pro's: The hotel is located right in the middle of the backpeckers area, with a lot of resturants in a walking distance , the stuff are very friendly and helpful and speak reasonable English. And, above all, there is an elevator.... More

The hotel is centrally located in backpacker area district 1, within short walking distance to the major city attractions. The staffs are very helpful. Room was ok, the bed was so comfort. High speed WiFi connection, really fits the traveler needs. The breakfast is simple but more than enough to start a day. Surprisingly, Seventy has the best Vietnamese coffee... More

Just came back from HCMC and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were very small, but other than that, everything else was great. The hotel is clean, location is good and the staffs took care all of our small petty requests (mind you, we have a very demanding lady in our group). The staffs speak some english... More

We arrive at this hotel, from Da Lat at 5.30am in the morning and the staffs still let us in n check in! Invaluable services. Also, they clean and change sheets of our room regularly. Offered us free meal as well. The staffs remember us, our rooms and smile all the time. Helpful when we ask for directions and recommendations.... More

The Seventy Hotel is situated in backpacker central with lots of restaurants and bars very nearby, a park in the next street and is walking distance from most of the major tourist attractions. It's layout appears to be typical of many hotels in SE Asia - i.e. very narrow buildings. The Seventy has three rooms per floor - the front... More

I wanted to say that my stay here on March 3-6, 2013 was definately worth every penny. They were so helpful in getting me trips arranged to the tunnels and a trip to Vung Tau. On my trip to VT, they even made me a breakfast sandwich to take with me. Loved it. I definately recommend staying here and when... More

I stayed here over the Christmas 2012 period. I had a really great time and, to me, it has to be, probably, the best valued hotel I have ever stayed in! I'm not a back packer, in fact closer to 70 than 60, but, to me the place was perfect. The Pham Ngu Loa area is fantastic. So colourful and... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Pro: Great location in the heart of backpacker's district and close to restaurants. Room and bathroom were generally clean. Con: The double room was very small - nothing like the size of the rooms we see in the pictures on Trip Advisor. There was no exterior window or light in our room,... More

I stayed there for 4 nights. Room is small but clean and come with breakfast. I rated it a four because of an unpleasant incident with a senior staff...
