Rooms smallish but spotless and nicely furnished. En-suite very modern and swish. Stopped here twice, once on arrival in 'Nam and then on the way back down to the delta. Good value compared to some of cheaper backpacker dumps in this area. Well worth $18US a night that I got it for. The man on the campbed referred to in... More

stayed here 2N based on another traveler's recommendation. Our room was an interior room with one window that looked down into a little square opening above the lobby. While we could hear the lobby noise, it was mostly drowned out by the a/c, we heard almost no street noise. The room was new and clean, though tiny. There was only... More

We were transferred to this hotel because our hotel had some problem and we arrived almost past midnight. At the tiny lobby was a man sleeping on a foldable bed...then behind the reception counter was the receptionist soundly sleeping as well. The receptionist insisted to take our passport but when we said we don't want to leave them he did... More

Stayed at the NN99 on a recomendation of a work mate, we loved it here it's right in the heart of the backpacker area and close to all the action. We stayed here 4 nights during Tet in January 2012. It is a good hotel with all the basics. Clean rooms, bathroom, bottled water provided each day. The rooms are spacious and the beds are actually very comfortable (not rock hard like other beds in SE Asia). The front desk staff are helpful, but make sure to double/triple check if... More

My wife and I are visiting Saigon for the first time from Sydney. A friend of ours who worked here a year ago recommended this place as a great clean hotel to stay - she was right on the money. They have small-ish rooms, but the bed is large and the bathroom is fine (both cleaned daily) and the aircon... More

I didn't stay in the NN99 Hotel - it looked really nice and we'd heard great personal recommendations so we booked to stay for two days in August. I received a confirmation email of our booking and thought everything was sorted a month ago. Then I emailed on Friday to reconfirm and ask if I needed to pay a deposit.... More

This hotel is right in the middle of the backpacker area in Saigon so is surrounded by other hotels/restaurants and booking offices which makes it a good area to be based in to get things done. The hotel is a small operation but the building and the rooms are new and they have made a very nice job given the... More

This new Hotel is found in Bui Vien street - the heart of the backpacking district! My friend and I found this place by chance and not only is it clean, it is brand new. NN99 was only opened late last year and is a hidden gem. My friend and I stumbled across this hotel after staying in a dodgy... More
