I paid a great value for this hotel. We got a spacious and decent clean room. House keeping was consistent and service was always very efficient. There's a computer with internet in every room with free WiFi in every room. Free bottled water is also provided. Breakfast is included in the lodging and is actually very good and decent. The... This hotel and the staff were extremely helpful. I left my visa card in the room, the hotel kept it until I realised, 4 days after I left the hotel and already in another city. The hotel supervisor couriered it to me another country, I couldn't believe the service. Thank you!!!I The hotel was extremely good, quite with a very... More

After a long trip through Vietnam, we were looking forward to a relaxing place to hang our hats in the chaotic city of Saigon. While A&Em is indeed in a great location, the rooms and the overall decor is just so incredibly gaudy. Its looks as if Liberace was brought back from the dead to help design the place. If... More

Location is very close to Ben Thanh Market, 10 minutes walk to Unification palace, Quan An Ngon restaurant and Red church. However, the room is quite small and only have double bed in one room. You have to run the shower for 2 minutes to get hot water. There is a reception girl who can speak Chinese pushed you to... More

A cute hotel in the heart of Saigon, right near Ben Thanh markets. Room was a good size but the shower head was broken. Try to get a room away from the road as it is very loud despite best efforts to block the sound. Buffet breakfast was fine. Hotel staff were helpful.

Hotel is good and location is great. Has all we needed. Yes , whoever designed the bathroom had no idea but otherwise very comfortable. We had booked superior room via expedia but due to non availability of room got up graded to executive room (is this a trend?). Computer in room was great surprise. Room is smallish but perfectly fine.... More

It was good i had a good sleep. The hotel has a great decor and interior , I would rate it very well in terms of decor .Maybe Some features are lacking such as kettle and perhaps a wine bottle opener since they have wine on the bar.But these... Good points were room was fairly new and had a computer in room. Bellboys were very helpful. Bad points: front desk girls were cold and unfriendly. They didn't bother to smile once. We booked 2 nites in a deluxe double. On the first nite they didnt have our room avail so we were put in an executive twin, no complaints... More

Stayed here for 1 night, was upgraded to a VIP room which was lovely and typical A&EM style. Opulent! 30 minutes from the airport in a taxi. Great location and walking distance to everywhere in Central Saigon. Only complaint the coffee shop next door played really bad, loud music at 7am. Would stay here again though.
