They have different sizes of room. starting around $35.00 dollars to $50.00. the room it self was not big . but consider where the country is , is alright . Breakfast included , comfort to sit and enjoy your breakfast . And they are very friendly and eager to help you when needed it , Open the car door for you and so on ... I like that a lot . Will go and stay again .

I was on business nearby and my host selected this hotel for me as I knew nothing about HCMC prior to arrival. I found the cleanliness, food options and service excellent. THe staff was not real conversant in my language, English but enough to get by and are very helpful and accommodating. I will likely try to stay here again when I return to HCMC.

Would say hotel is clean before I see a cockroach housekeeping is smiley and efficient even if they shout a lot which prevent you from sleeping from 6.30 am. Staff from reception is not efficient at all. Hardly understand and speak English, not keen on customer service: it took 4 days to catch a second room key as each time the lady at reception found a new reason not to provide, what was the point? Our A/C remote was down one night, it took 10 minutes for them to replace it, but the big deal was the porter came with his dirty shoes in our room. When we asked him to take them off, he did and gave us (customers!) his dirty shoes to put them outside for him?! We stayed there 1 week and were disappointed by these 2 persons who show bad customer service and waste all the good job others try to do. Customers of the hotel is near 100% Asian... So you must be prepared to expect noise and disrespectful behaviors from most of them. I am Asian, and can t bear this kind of behavior. Breakfast is Asian, so 1 bowl of soup and 1 drink. Will never come back as standards of this hotel is far away from ours. 31€/night, not good value. Last thing: quite far from city center

I've stayed at this hotel for about 60 days per year over the last 5 years. It's completed a complete renovation in 2013. It's much nicer now than before the renovation. The hotel is quite basic - clean modern rooms with great A/C and white sheets. It's perfect for a long stay guest as there are so many restaurants nearby and across the street with reasonable costs instead of downtown tourist traps. Laundry service by the kg is 50' away so you don't have to pay hotel rates. It's near Nguyen Trai shopping district and so taxi is usually readily available. It's 10 minutes to downtown D.1 and about 45 minutes to the airport. You can also walk to An Dong Plaza - about 15 minutes walk away. All in all - excellent value for your money. Not recommended for short term tourists as you may prefer to be closer to downtown. If you're planning a longer stay - say 1 week or more. This is the place.

This was our second stay at the Nam Hy1 Hotel. The air conditioned rooms, though small, are clean, modern, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The free WiFi internet is fast and there is cable television to watch soccer while dozing off at night. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the major tourist attractions and within a brisk walk of several district 5 pagodas. We stay here because of the hotel's proximity to relatives, however, for those travelers who like to stay a bit off the beaten path, the Nam Hy1 is a very good option.

it was so great to found this hotel in district 5! it was my 2nd stay here, would definitely chose this hotel for all my future visit. great location, all within walking distance.they have everything in here compare to district 1 which was more to the high end and costly. , the fashionable clothes, shoes, food, restaurants, dental, beauty salon, ur daily amenities etc etc...u name it, they have it all here. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly..we were trying to find a moneychanger and we approached the reception despite provided with the direction, we were a bit of lost after a short walk, we approached the reception again and we told them we couldn't find the shop, the next thing, the staff got one of the housemaid to walk us all the walk to the moneychanger shop. The bed was very comfy and the cleanliness of the room was in tip top. They have this long stretch of shops on both opposite of the road that never seems to end, everyday, i discovered new stuff(clothes) to buy haha..it's a shopping paradise.
