Had no idea how to choose a place to stay in the Pham Ngu Lao area. Fell into here. Clean rooms. Wireless (borrowed from elsewhere). AC. Hot water. We liked most of the staff, though the night manager was a strange bird. Not the greatest place ever, but for 12$ a night a good value.
