I stayed in Bee Saigon Hotel (the one with the yellow sign) for one night (actually, I just left it this morning!). I came upon this place after my arrival from Phnom Penh as a walk-in guest. I got the $12-room, which was deducted to 10$ when I arrived. I think I was lucky yesterday. Okay, so it is not... More

Ate here on a whim one night, because I was interested in watching the kitchen across the road work their magic. Indifferent service doesn't really bother me but the waitress was almost hostile, slamming my food and drinks down on the table and grimacing when I asked her (in Vietnamese) for the bill, etc. Had the banh xeo and a... I booked here (I forget which it was - Bi or Bee, but i stayed in the one closer to the park, but had to go to the other one to check in - they are a few doors away from each other) due to the excellent web site with plentiful pictures and information, plus it was cheap. Reserved for... More

I have eaten number of times at Bee and Bi Saigon restaurants because they are convenient and have reasonable prices. The service is never good or friendly but I ignored that because the food was tasty. My last time eating at Bee however, they served me a garden salad that had 3 small roaches crawling around in it. When I... More

I have eaten at Bi and Bee Saigon many times. One time I found a small cock roach in my soup at Bee Saigon. They did not make me pay, but it was still disgusting to know that I had been eating something with a coach roach floating in it. Another time, I ordered an avocado and vegetable sandwich, but... Considering the standards in Vietnam, I think this hotel is average to even good -due to prices, which aren't expensive. True that staff is not specially nice, but at least they do what they've committed to: they picked us up at the airport, etc. On the other hand, I found the food quite good. The location is good for those... More

Staff lied about having wi-fi available in rooms. There is no wi-fi available although they said there was when we initially checked out the rooms. Staff working there are indifferent, if not, downright rude. We had quite a bit of luggage with us and struggled when checking out. Despite an abundance of staff lazying about and seeing us struggle, not... More

We stayed at the Bi Saigon in Feb 2010 and loved it. We were a little hesitant to book, even though we liked the sound of the kitchy decor, we were worried about the lack of a lift and cleanliness. We asked for a second floor room and airport pickup by email and our requests were met and exceeded our... More

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, in the Executive Suite. The room was spacious and although it was a 2 single bed pushed together, it was comfortable. We had our room on the 2nd floor of Bi Saigon and it was a bit noisy from the kitchen downstairs in the morning and late night. But we have no problem... More
