We were only there for 1 night as part of a group tour with Wendy Wu. Found the hotel very clean and modern with 2 large single beds that were very comfortable, and the bathroom modern and fresh. Only stayed here one night but the Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable . Excellent breakfast , recommend the Vietnamese soup. The area around the Hotel had lots of restaurants and bars ,not too many to be noisy.

We spend two nights here. Good pretty central and walking distance to the Citadel and the river. Receptionist was particularly helpful and spoke English very well. We discovered a vegetarian restaurant in the hotel with nice decoration, delicious food and reasonable price! I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. A large bedroom with a comfortable bed and nice view. Quiet and clean. Buffet breakfast was very good with Western and local.On the other hand, the hot water was intermittent and the wi-fi iffy.
