We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and were very pleased to leave. With the exception of the little girl at the pool side bar the staff were distant and mostly absent! Nice hotel, excellent location, near the river. We had a river view room which was enormous. Rooms clean and comfortable, unfortunately, the room smelled a bit of moisture. Big bedrooms which were clean and contained everything you needed. Wifi was only available in some parts of the room and there was only one accessible plug. The housekeepers came in twice without knocking which is very bad and they didn't apologise or think it was a problem.

Just an average 3 star type establishment but obviously favored by tour buses. Rooms were a bit old fashioned and had lingering smokey smells but quite OK. WiFi hardly worth bothering with. Overall pretty nice rooms and good location in Hue. The bathroom curtain smelled damp and the free wifi in rooms was slow. Free breakfast buffet, was OK. a/c was great, nice bathroom and tub, and comfortable pillows/mattress. Set along the river so nice views as well.

No suprises with a nice room looking over the river and most things working. On arrival we were given a room that smelled of damp and cigarette smoke. No complaints when we were offered a much better room. Very comfortable hotel. Had a river view room and it was good to watch the boats going to and fro. Rooms spacious and staff efficient and friendly.
