Stayed here as part of a group with Intrepid. Was nice, clean and tidy with comfortable beds and facilities. Close enough to everything but not nice enough to choose for myself.

We stayed 2 nights in a superior room. PRO: Staff was friendly, room excellent, clean and nice equipped (good value for money), close to the ancient city (10-15min walk) CON: Breakfast is sufficient but could need improvement: Note that you should not show up at b/f too late, variety and choices are 'ok' for Vietnam. Quality is okay though.
