I would say this hotel is borderline between 3 and 4 star based on its amenities but deserves a four start review based on the price charged. Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it all. The staff was helpful and no problems at all. The breakfast was better than other places we stayed. The location is a short walk to the river and close to the Big C market which was fun to look around.
