As many of the other reviewers have said, the Hai Yen hotel is old, dated and has seen better days. The room was clean but a bit dingy, and the furniture/fixtures and fittings were clearly old. not a nice hotel. It is huge and absolutely not cozy. The rooms are really huge we had two pieces - a bedrom and a living room in one room, but there are tiles on the floor and plastic coaches in the "living room". The bathroom is old and durty looking. Breakfast is fine, nothing super, but a wide choice.... More
