This is the hotel you dont want to go. Let me tell you why. Breakfast is a disaster, there is no technical staff or if there are, they dont have abilities. First 3 nights my room had no lock. Is was open to any one passing by. They suggest the hotel is safe and there are cameras. After 3 days i requested a room change and finally had aroom with a key. Rooms are windy, yes they are. Even if you close the window wind blows through the room. So it is very cold inside and air condition is not working as expected. Hot tap water is not hot at all. Once you flush the toilet it runs forever and nobody does anyting about it. There is a restaurant at the top but there is no soul there. It is always deserted. As i said before breakfast is not a match for a hotel. On the other hand other than the room lock problem all above is also tru for the rooms of my frends as well.

Large room with comfy beds, perfect pillow, great aircon and a good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and I enjoyed the coffee. The pool didn't open until 8 so we didnt use it. We had a comfy stay but there were some things that need improving. Our safe never opened, they came to fix it the first morning and at the same time they did get the TV working, the safe was still locked when we got back so we just left it. We had to ask for more toilet paper and teabags, the card for electricity was touchy, had to spend time moving it slightly in the slot. The carpet in our room was stained,,, this just looks dirty and really needs correcting.

The rates are too high. 80 dollars per night was not worth the price. The towels in washroom are too old. Flush of WC was leaking. The hotel seemed very old from the furniture. The prices must be around 40 dollars. However the area is good near the centre

Very nice hotel. The room was large and clean. The shower was great. One plug point next to the bed was fitted with an international point that was very useful. We had a buffet breakfast. There was a large spread of tasty and fresh food.

This hotel is located 15 minutes away from nizami which is for me is a plus point as i love to stay away from traffic and noises. Starting from check in until check out every single thing was smooth and fast. Only one thing which i had a problem with was ac on the first day which they fixed it later. Their was a lady at the reception she was very much cooperative. Breakfast i had a confusion as one chef said that the bacon was haram the other said no. Overall i would suggest this hotel for friends and families also. You can hire taxi in 1-2 manat everyday to reach baku central everyday.
