We stayed at The Quay for 2 nights in March 2012 at the end of 4 weeks touring in SE Asia, We had expected a very trendy, sophisticated modern hotel. This is a modern transformation of a small space....only 16 rooms, 8 at the front with panoramic window views of the river, and 8 at the back with no windows... More

We were very pleased with a stay at The Quay. We had a balcony room which had a great view of the river and street life. Great location close to tourist destinations and great restaurants, markets etc. Would definitely stay there again. The rooms were very modern and didn't lack anything. It felt like you could of been in a... More

Get one of the front facing rooms overlooking the river, very modern and good size with everything you could possibly need. Great bathrooms. All beautifully/stylishly designed, though I would say and this is my only negative that it is showing its age….why not get up to speed with general maintenance. Staff very friendly and helpful in all areas of the... More

I didn't expect to stay in a modern looking hotel in Phnom Penh, but was glad that I did. The decoration was minimalist and zen looking. From roof top, you can see the view of the river, while the restaurant on the ground floor is an excellent place to hang out. Room is clean and nicely decorated. Staffs are friendly... More

I feel bad giving this rating because the manager and staff try so hard and really do want to make your stay as good as possible. It is just that the there are so many physical improvements needed that they are swimming upstream. The good part. Great location across from the river and the Panorama suites are spacious and have... More

This place is a two star flophouse at best. (I believe that no hotel in the US would be allowed to rent rooms that have no windows.) We stayed at the hotel having booked standard rooms. There was nothing standard about them and my comments apply to all standard rooms. They have no windows at all. Its like checking into... More

The quay is a little over designed and like a lot of these sorts of hotels maintenance wasn't really though about about and it starting to show. the rooms are spacious and work well. location is perfect. The staff try really hard. Breakfast is good but at other times the restaurant is pretty empty so doesn't draw you to want... More

The food served at the hotel is excellent! The location is good but the rooms are small and have no windows. The bathrooms are great and have a rainfall showerhead. The rooftop terrace is peaceful.

Good location for the main attractions of the Palace /Silver Pagoda, river boat dock, Wat Phnom etc, as well as one of the main drags for restaurants and bars. Essentially the beds are very comfotable. However, the rooms have quite some inconsistency in quality. The balcony rooms facing the riverside are spacious and could almost be called a "suite", with... More

Great location & pretty rooms, food was OK. Staff was really slow to check in\check out - willing to help... but slow! Bar and pool on the roof not impressive at all. So if you need just a hotel to stay - rather find something cheaper. If you want a luxury place you might want to consider some other options... More
