A lovely hotel, about 1km walk from passenger boat terminal, just back from the river and Sisowath Quay road with all the restaurants, so plenty of places to eat nearby. walk about 10 mins south to Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, walk about 25 mins or so to Central Markets. Staff were friendly and helpful, not good exchange rate though... More

The location of this hotel is good,20 metres off the river boulevard where there are ample restaurants, the hotel is also walking distance to the central market and the royal palace. While the front of house, reception and concierge were good and the housekeeping friendly there were two aspects of our stay that disappointed. Firstly, the breakfast is served on... More

The style of the hotel is bland but the rooms are large. The laundry service was quick but the breakfast below par. The 2 best aspects of this hotel are it's location near the waterfront and its swimming pool.

Stayed one night only in April 2013' day time temperature low 40's (centigrade) with humidity through the roof and can you imagine our surprise to discover the mattresses in our room still wrapped in the plastic covering they came in as new. Not sure whether this was intentional (to extend the life of the mattress) or a simple error but... More

Location: Good location, close to night market and main tourist strip Room: I've stayed here as part of a tour and it was in a standard room. The room was clean but basic, with amenities typical of a 3 star hotel. Service: Level of service at reception desk is rather poor; a reception staff tried to talk me into taking... More

We arrived to no hot water and an air conditioner that seemed underwhelming. The air finally kicked on, but no hot water the whole time we were there. The breakfast was "ok"; staff also ok. The highlight was our Tuk Tuk driver Mr. Thy. He made our touring day a complete and total success. We arranged him through the hotel,... More

We stayed here on the first 2 nights of our 2 week trip to Indochina. Staff friendly, room clean, beds firm... (but all beds on our trip were the same.) Breakfast ok, great view whilst eating, pool looked a bit dirty. Good internet access, minutes walk to the local restaurant strip and plenty of entertainment watching the traffic travel the... More

A good hotel near the river and the river park. In the middle of action, the location is near of dozens of reastaurants and bars. The staff was helpful and friendly, they tried to make you feel home, always with a polite smile and kind words. We had some difficulties with the door of our room, and the safety box, but... More

Stayed here with a friend after spending 3 weeks in regional areas of Cambodia as we wanted a pool and air conditioning. On arrival the staff were very friendly and check in was easy. We liked this hotel and found it very central to lots of bars , restaurants and sites. Excellant value for money. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was fine but the view from the breakfast room was stunning. We tended to use the massage parlours outside the hotel because the hotel cost quiet a bit more than... More
