Location provides easy access to the Royal Palace, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Killing Fields. It is also located close to the river, good cafes, restaraunts, the Foreign Correspondents Club and shops. Breakfasts were very good. The hotel staff were very polite and curteous. Our room was large and clean - the shower was great. The view from our... More

Great location close to the river. We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was good. Air con in the room was good. The rooms were comfortable and clean but ours had a strangely stained ceiling and looked out on to a brick wall. Despite this we were more than happy with the hotel and would stay again. They seem to be... More

This is a conveniently situated luxury hotel in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. Close to the waterfront and close to the Royal Palace, it is also convenient for the local restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The staff are helpful.

Reading the reviews of others who stayed at the hotel around the same time as me, I think I really lucked out. I had a lovely room on the 5th floor overlooking the street, with great views of the market to the left, the river promenade to the right, and all the across-the-street neighbours straight ahead. As noted, the hotel... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights after a lovely stay in Siem Reap… the quality of the hotel was ok, but a step down from Siem Reap, probably a given since we were in a bigger city. Our room was pretty basic, clean and tidy, two beds which were comfortable. The bathroom was large and ok. There was... More

Very noisy - renovations going on loudly all day next door and rooms are dusty. Tonight they did maintenance after 8pm in room next door - banging and hammering. Maintenance going on everywhere - day and night. We have kids who could not sleep because of noise and neither could we. Pillows are thin and old. We never normally complain... More

This hotel was very pleasant - clean, nicely proportioned rooms, attentive and obliging staff, lovely pool, good breakfasts, close to all amenities and sights. Everything was great until the rowdy backpackers and the full-on bass of Western music got revved up on Saturday night - we were in Rooms 408 and 406, with an outlook onto a narrow space in... More
