This is a conveniently situated luxury hotel in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. Close to the waterfront and close to the Royal Palace, it is also convenient for the local restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The staff are helpful.

Very noisy - renovations going on loudly all day next door and rooms are dusty. Tonight they did maintenance after 8pm in room next door - banging and hammering.
