This place costs about the same as dragon over the road, but isn't in any guidebooks and so you get much better value. The only thing for me was there seemed to be quite a few local long termers who were a bit noisy, like families living there. The manageress was friendly though.

As a B&B, this is a credible hostel. Clean room with WiFi and hot shower. Staff is helpful for anytime. it is little pricey(10USD) compare with other B&B around there, but it is worth for money because of safety inside the room. Tip: Be careful about tuktuk around there. very persistently.

Just 1minute away from capital bus station. Value for money, especially for those arrive in evening but leave the next morning. Staff are friendly.
