I found this hotel on Tripadvisor with so many good reviews and the hotel did surprise and wow me. On arrival I was welcomed with a platter of fresh fruits and fruit juice. Staff from front door to reception greeted with smiles. Our room is spacious with queen bed, with balcony was spotless and very quiet. Breakfast was also nice,... More

Actually this is not a bad place to eat. It beats a lot of the restaurants in the city. It doesn't really promote itself as a restaurant, or maybe it does, because it is primarily a hotel. Not many people who aren't staying in the hotel eat here but they could do worse. The tables are all fan cooled but... More

It's all been said before on Trip Advisor by previous guests, but this place is a gem. Booked online at off season rate of $37 B & B....bargain. We are very seasoned travellers ( working in the travel industry) and stay in everything from exotic resorts to private homes all over the world. The Willow is like staying in a... More

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend away. The staff were very sweet and accomodating. Our room was very large with more towels than we could even imagine using. The pillows were divine and breakfast was fabulous. We had a wonderful stay and will be sure to stay again our next time in town. Oh yeah and... More

Our third hotel in Phnom Penh and by far the best! We got off a long bus ride from Sihanoukville on a Friday evening to be welcomed with a chilly ginger drink. The deluxe double with balcony was enormous! We even got an extra bed for our 4 year old for free. Much of the wooden details from the former... More

Excellent location, big comfy room, very nice owner and staff, lovely garden bar and breakfast nook. They were very helpful--offering suggestions, arranging a tuk-tuk, and booking tickets on the speedboat to Siem Reap for us. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Ah, Willow! What a warm, wonderful place to stay. I loved everything about this hotel: the big beautiful rooms and comfortable beds (a soft bed in SE Asia is a true rarity too), the delicious breakfasts in the funky bar area, the comfortable common areas throughout. The Wednesday evening expat trivia night in the bar area was super fun too... More

This place is perfect. Seriously, extra fluffy towels, lots of pillows, beautiful wood carved stair well, good art, comfy chairs, outgoing happy staff ... It is my perfect hotel. The breakfasts great, and I am not a breakfast, or morning person. Espresso, toast, jam, yogurt, fresh pineapple juice, museli, fruit salad and an omlette brought to you on a cute tray?... More

My stay at the Willow has been excellent from the moment I set foot into the premises. Very friendly & accommodating service, hotel staff are very attentive towards guests needs & requests. They had initially given me a very nice room on the ground floor but I preferred one on a higher level but there were none available except the... More
