Great stay in the heart of busiest Phnom Penh. Good soundproofing (on a VERY main road) great staff, huge room, comfortable bed, great shower, and a very much a surprise if you have a riverview suite. Don't be fooled by the rather spartan lobby, the suites are great! Recommended.

I stayed in a deluxe balcony suite, huge room with great views of the river. Room is furnished to a good standard with a huge king bed, lounge suite, study desk and a great balcony overlooking the river with a fan. Staff very friendly and helpful and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended
