Stayed here several nights as other hotels were full. Nice enough room, location and pool and manager/owner tries to be friendly but there is so much more that c/should be done to justify >$US50 per day. Pavilion much better. We arrived in PP without a hotel booking so had the luxury of shopping around to find a hotel. We checked out Scandinavia and on first impressions it looked great - charming hotel, swimming pool, great location and clean, modern rooms. Just spent 2 nights at the hotel and found it to be a very comfortable and relaxing hotel to stay in. Eric and Toni couldn't do enough to make my stay pleasant, including the use of a laptop to acces my email. Hotel appears to be an old house, roughly refurbished. Good location but from that high point its all downhill. Reception is a small shed with a few giggling girls who dont seem to know how to do anything much beyond asking for payment at the time of check-in.
