one floor in decrepit Soviet era hotel refurbished to decent standard. clean, nice and helpful staff, rooms smallish, but with balcony. will stay again.

Forget about this hotel if you want: Hot water, Wifi, clean rooms, no women screaming next room(s), breakfast, help from reception and if you want to take your wife (suddenly you need to pay extra!)
