Beautiful hotel and comfortable room. Major let down was the staff, including management, who all appeared unfriendly, inattentive and aloof. There were no sense of personalised hospitality, spontaneous greetings or eye contact by staff, we had to initiate throughout our three night stay. Shame as everything else about this hotel was lovely.

We had a good time at this hotel. It is perfectly situated. The rooms are very nicely decorated (colonial style) and clean, and the bed was very big ! Several choices of tasty breakfasts. Some of the staff could speak English or French which is not easy to find in Laos !

Well located hotel that looks great and has a nice feel about it. Room were of colonial style, big comfy beds, large shower cubicle and nice view of the courtyard. Worth the extra paid and would stay again.

A great looking hotel (or B&B) in a decent location. Good size rooms with TV, minibar and fridge (if you're after those things) and an outstanding breakfast (both choice and quality).
