The hotel is a good business hotel. Clean, good restaurants, very good staff. The gym is a little lacking, but they have treadmills, a bike and an elliptical trainer. The location is a bit far from the centre. The network is poor at the hotel. The speed is acceptable, but the connection keeps being reset making skype calls difficult.

Not what you expect from kempinski after seeing dead sea property, but, this is a good hotel. Don't open your window if you here in winter the pollution is awful and impregnates your bedding. Certainly they miss a proper lobby bar and a good spa but I can highly recommend the Japaness teppanyaki restaurant on second floor, Front desk are very helpful and can arrange affordable and reliable taxis to get you around the city... The Kempinski is a well-managed, comfortable hotel that is comparable to most international 4-star hotels. It's a Kempinski, certainly not in quality. Having stayed in several hotels in UB, it is the best om the market. Excellent breakfast, reliable wifi.
