I stayed at room 102 with no windows! The bathroom is infested by very small ants which one can hardly see as opposed to the black floor tiling, they are simply EVERYWHERE! Karaoke and club in this hotel, which is provide complimentry for each guest is wonderful, locatioion is also quite reachable from most of importent places, you can catch busses for galle right in front of hotel..

Goodish facilities ....................................BUT, it was like a 'Ghost' Hotel...!! Over the weekend there were about 6 guests and the so called Thai restaurant was empty and the staff were poor (Englisg almost non-existent) Room functional. Location not bad. Wi-fi was pricey.
