Helpful staf, but they did not respect our booking and they give as one good room and one bad one. Situated acros tram station and near Topkapi Palace, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. The good room was nice even if we hear the tram noise.

Myself and a friend shared a twin room. Staff greeted us warmly and looked after us for our whole stay of 5 nights. Room was comfortable, although got a bit warm with limited ventilation. Easy access to tram, ferries, Sultanahmet and Taksim.

Nice hotel, centrally located with tram just outside. Walking distance to most sites. Clean and large rooms. Maybe the beds were a bit hard - but that's perhaps just me. Friendly and helpful english speaking staff, great location close to the sites, convenient transportation (tramway stop just in front of the hotel, but no noise in the back rooms-I asked the G. manager to get one and he did it), small but clean room, breakfast ok

Everything was excellent. The lolation perfect, just next to sightseeing and with the easiest access to the means of transport (tramway). Rooms are clean, and also the bathroom. Breakfast-delightful.
