good ,kind staff ,great value for money and good location, located near transport links , i.e. airport shuttle bus, tramway, buses and adjacent to very lively shopping street, restaurants etc. Staff and service good and helpful - room very clean. We only booked a standard room so it was just a little bit tight for space with a smallish bathroom... More

The hotel is very well located; it has easy access to trams, metro and taxes. I found waking is the best way to get around and finding shops in the back streets. The staffs at the hotel are good and helpful but limited English. The rooms are good size and are clean. The nose level at night was very high... More

“Stay there if you have no other options only”

It's located pretty well with direct access to the tramline at Laleli/University stop, but the rooms are the size of a shoebox and the 'view' they brag about everywhere is of the surrounding buildings' satellite dishes if you're high enough up, otherwise it's of the surrounding buildings' walls! They have no 'balcony' at all - what they are referring to... More
