A major plus for the hotel is the location is walking distance to the tourist sites. Also, we thought the hotel provided good customer service as they recommended a good Turkish dance show to attend, arranged our ride to the airport, and still gave us sandwiches for breakfast because we were checking out too early to attend the normal breakfast.... This is a great property located about 3 min from the Basilica Cisterns, 5 min from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque and about 8 min from the Grand Bazaar. The rooms were very clean and quite well equipped but certainly on the small side. They also had a great roof terrace with amazing views. If you like seafood there is... More

Arden Park Hotel nice small hotel and near the old city. But we have room on the back of the hotel. The bathroom was small with shower. Hotel not for family with children. We eat breakfast at their sister hotel called Arden City hotel. Breakfast was okey! Recommnended for Couples and friends.

Appart from being very well located, at the very heart of Sultanahmed, and appart from some staff (not everyone) being very kind, the experience was bad. I spent two separate periods during one week. The first time the room was tiny, I had almost no space to drop my suitcase. The room was noisy, and in poor condition. Plenty of... More

The hotel was great with an amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service they arranged was great. Breakfasts were a substantial buffet in the sister hotel next door. Location was first rate on the doorstep of the blue mosque and Haga Sofia and an easy walk to the grand bazaar and Galata bridge. The rooms were small as indicated by... More

Came for 3 days for my honeymoon and had a great time. Staff are excellent. Very polite and always smiling especially a lady who works in the day at the front desk called Ahoo. They sent us a complimentary fruit basket and also they gave us a free hour in the sauna and turkish bath. It was amazing and very... More

It was our first trip to Istanbul and this hotel was a perfect choice. Reasonably priced, in an excellent location a stones throw from all the sites, clean, comfy beds and a well stocked continental breakfast. There is even a hammam in the basement ( Turkish bath ) I really recommend the Turkish massage ! The staff were helpful and... More

Ups - This hotel is within 5 minutes walks from the Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia and The Blue Mosque, so was ideal for a short weekend (I stayed 3 nights). Good transport link (their metro system), with the airport and Tower Galata both within 1 change of line. Breakffast is decent. Their spa is really good, esp for couples as... More

Nothing bad per se to say about the hotel, its just small. I thought for the price you pay, it could be just a little bigger, but obviously that is something that you can't just change. Location was perfect, straight down the street 5 minutes to the major sites and the light rail. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores around.... More

i booked a deluxe room, when i saw the room it was so small. there is no space for your luggage. I am wandering what is the standard room size if this is the deluxe one. the hotel was so annoying, you can hear everything in your floor while you are in the room. you can hear the elevator sound...
