The only down side to this hotel us the lack of views. Everything else was brilliant, rooms comfortable, public areas stylish, food tasty but the best was the service. Every member of staff we encountered went out of their way to be helpful but in a very natural way. They made a good stay, wonderful!

Rooms are spacious, excellent breakfast, gym and spa, excellent service. only downside is everything is beige and there is the occasional smell of drains in some rooms. It needs more personal touches to be a five star.

Grand Hyatt is a very nice hotel. The rooms are nice and the breakfast buffet is of very high quality with everything you might wish for.
