Few things for you to consider..1- coffee making facility in rooms.2 swimming very nice but in relation to size of area your jucuzzi is way to small(not female friendly)3-more info on istanbul/maps/tram routes should be available at reception

The only disappointment was WiFi connection in the room...I just could not make it work...so if you are addicted like me you will probably suffer a little bit but not too much. Everything else is great ... Especially hotel employees

Ok hotel just in the middle of nowhere.Do not know how they got the 5 star rating. Ok 4 star establishment.They withdraw all discounts because they were able to get me the room I asked for in the beginning.So,just count your fingers after staying there.

The manager and workers at this hotel were very welcoming and accommodating. We were even moved to Premuim rooms when we arrived.
