Staying at the Dersaadet, I believe, truly enriched our travel experience in Istanbul. Hotel management was very easy to converse with over email prior to our arrival; they arranged safe, clean and convenient transportation to and from the airport. Upon arrival, we were greeted with authentic Turkish apple tea. Check-in was a fluid and comfortable process. While our room had... More

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Rooms beautiful and clean with a wonderful lobby and warm and friendly staff. Roof top deck to die for. Grea views of the Marmara Sea and the Blue mosque. Free breakfast is a feast!

This tiny hotel in a residential neighborhood offered service with a smile and more. Located in the old Sultanahmet District and close to the Arista Bazaar and some great eating establishments. The hotel offered rooms of different sizes and accommodation and we chose an end room with our own bathroom but without the Turkish bath. The front office staff gave... More

My husband and I stayed at the Dersaadet for 2 nights in May before joining a cruise. We couldn't have been happier with the hotel and the staff. We were close to many attractions ( one block from the Blue Mosque) and the area had many good restaurants which were recommended by the helpful staff. There is a roof terrace... More

We stayed 5 Nights at Dersaadet Hotel during our Honeymoon Trip to Istanbul. From the beginning the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the traditional furnishing -everything made this a very pleasant stay. Not to forget that the hotel is situated in an original old quater, a lot of must see sights are in walking distance. We absolutely recommend... More

We stayed in the Sultan's Penthouse for 8 days. The room was great and quite reasonable given the size of the room and the excellent location of the hotel. The service was outstanding. We received a complementary pick up at the airport because we stayed more than 4 days. Our flight was delayed several times and they arranged a pick... More

I spent 8 nights at the Dersaadet. The hotel is well-run with friendly staff. The room (a corner suite) was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable and the free WiFi signal very strong. The breakfasts were OK but could be better. The location is excellent, adjacent to the Blue Mosque and the street gets fairly quiet after 10:00... More

My husband and I stayed in the Sultan Penthouse Suite for four nights in April. Before we arrived at the hotel, the Front Desk helped us organize our transfer from the airport & reserving tickets for us. Once we did arrive we clearly stepped into a more fabulous era. We absolutely loved the old world feel of the Lobby, the... More

We had a very good 5-night experience at the Dersaadet. The hotel is well-run, very well-located (easy walk to the Blue Mosque, Ayasofya, and the tram), clean and comfortable. The decor isn't our favorite but it's certainly pleasant - that's just a subjective observation. Staff was helpful and gracious. We don't really have any complaints at all. That said, I'm... More

This was our first visit to Istanbul but certainly not the last and our hotel only enhanced the splendour of the place. It is superbly located in the old city only 2 minutes walk away from the Blue Mosque, 5 or so minutes away from the Hagya Sofia. The hotel itself if a traditional Ottoman house on the outisde and...
