Great location, delicious breakfast, quiet and secure. Yes the staff were friendly and helpful, but they were prepared to go the extra mile when my elderly mother had a health scare and had to go to the hospital - they really saved the day! We will definitely stay there on our return through Istanbul.

Excellent hotel in a great area. The staff was helpful and gave great advise on places to see and suggestions for tour guides. The rooms were smallish, but clean and well serviced.

My Wife and I spent a wonderful 10 days in Istanbul. The Hotel stay was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to be of assistance. A great place to stay. Thanks to all at the Romance for making our first experience of Istanbul, one to remember.
