Staying at the place few times of year at least, stayed many times.. Orient has great location with very lively set up & roof top bar area.. All the highlights with in few min walking distance..

If you need a silent night and would like to have a nice double-room, choose another hostel! I honestly cannot recommend that hostel for couples (double-room). Although, the service is good, the double-room is very small (one double-bed). Hot water is only available in the shower, which is problematic in the morning when everybody wants to have a shower.. it... More

We stayed at the Orient Hostel in early March and were made to feel welcome by the very sociable and helpful staff. Evenings with them and the other guests in the hostel were lots of fun with music, beers and water pipe. Location is ideal for tourists and no problems at all with any of the facilities. Stayed here for a few nights over the peak months of summer 2010 & it was extremely chaotic -- this probably is the busiest hostel I've ever been to.
