Room was nothing like website photo. No view, small room, no drain plug in bathtub, no robe, syringe in minibar from previous guest, mold in corner or bathtub, staff was unhelpful, unattentive and rude. love Star hotel Taksin, because it offers very clean and big rooms, good and kind personal wich is ready to help everytime you ask, and also it has very nice locations close to everything : taksim square, clubs, caffes, restaurants. So when i am in Istanbul i always stay in this hotel because it is comfortable in every case.
