While a little shabby and smoky, the Pisa Hotel is a quiet little place with helpful staff, a good Turkish breakfast, and it is located on a quiet leafy street near the tram, university, and grand bazaar. I stayed there for four nights in April 2008, and considering the location you can't do much better for €45/night!
