Location is perfect for Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, Taksim Square, etc. First room was small, overlooking an alley and partial street view with extreme noise on weekend nights. We changed rooms the next day. The rooms were adequate, the staff friendly, and the breakfast ample.

I've stayed at the Pera Rose Hotel three times, and each was great. The location couldn't be better, the staff is helpful, the showers are great, and the breakfast is good. The standard rooms are very small (just room for a bed and desk) but the suites are huge! Overall, it's a good bargain.
