We had three rooms and there seemed to be only one other family during our stay. This may have contributed to our overall experience. Rooms are small with no amenities (soap, shampoo) and can get a little cool at night. Could not seem to get the heat to work and stayed bundled up. Food was average compared to rest of... More

My wife and I spent 2 nights here. We chose this place because the pictures on the website looked like it was easy-going (which it was) – but also for its location as we rather wanted to focus on nearby Ephesus (5kms) than having a beach holiday. If you have your own car – as we did – you can... More

We have enjoyed many short breaks with the family at Dereli Motel over the past four or five years and for some reason, this is my first review. Maybe it’s my reluctance to share this superb location with too many others! Dereli provides simple, spotlessly clean motel accommodation with some rooms facing, and just a couple of steps, from the... More

I spent already several times one or two nights at Dereli Motel / Camping. The rooms are simple, but clean and you have a fridge - and a small terrasse where you can sit and have a nice glass of wine after dinner or musical events in Ephesus. Staff is friendly, internet access close to the little "bakkal" which you'll... More

This is a nice location on the beach in between Selcuk and Kusadasi, it's pretty and the service and rooms are great. However it is isolated unless you have your own transport. There are buses every 30 minutes to Selcuk and Kusadasi but otherwise you are restricted to one shop and one restaurant on-site. The restaurant however was very pleasant... More

We stumbled on this hotel while looking for something near the beach and Ephesus. It is directly on a broad beach which is effectively its own private beach. The rooms are simple but very clean. Each room has a private veranda (all are at ground level). The breakfast is good and the restaurant is reasonable. It sits also right on... More

The owners were very accomodating, very helpful to us. The rooms were lovely, with all the amenities necessary. The price was very reasonable. The owners were very helpful to us while we were making plans to see Ephesus, and making plane reservations. We were only there one night, I would like to return and stay for several days. More

I found this place listed in lonely planet. It is about 3 kilometers from the ancient site of Ephesus and 7 kilometers from Selcuk in Turkey. It is located right on the beach!!! We stepped off our patio into the sand...acres of beach, palm trees, and no people! It was fantastic!!! This is by no means luxury accommodations, but it... More
