Hands down, the hotel has stunning common areas, the pool areas, the indoor atrium restaurant, the basement bar, the gardens. Wow wow wow! Come and visit the hotel, for dinner, pre or post dinner drinks. We had a lot of fun here! However, the hotel is a series of interconnected buildings. We scored a room in the old section, it... More

The hotel is nice but you can easily get lost while looking for your room.Wireless internet is extra and quite expensive. Location is fine but you need to take a taxi in order to go to the center of the town. More

The hotel was full of contradictions. Beautiful outside and common areas. However, rooms were dated and small. While we had a nice balcony, we also got stuck w twin beds. Perhaps the rooms in the main building were better, as our group were all housed in a biulding behind the main building It felt as if were did not rate... More

The hotel is in a beautiful building which was used as a school and even a prison at one point. Pluses: lovely building. Friendly staff. Sizeable rooms. Quiet. Yummy breakfast buffet. Good value- the same hotel in Jerusalem would be 3-5 times the price! Amusing bar with karaoke! Has pool and I think gym too. Negatives: It's a bit of... More

My friend has a term she uses "TIA," meaning "time in Africa." She started using the term after visits to Burundi, Rwanda and Zimbabwe and seeing that the US definition of "time" and the African version were very different. A bus coming at 5:00 in the US means a bus coming at 5:00. A bus coming at 5:00 during her... More

Stayed here for five nights with friends on a tour. Hotel room was exceptionally clean, staff were attentive and helpful. Buffet food was good. Internet service available for a charge. Bathroom was clean and had charming double doors. There were two closets. Window overlooked the back lot. Pool was nice. Layout is confusing - you can lose your way if... More

There are good things about the hotel, the food is good, although overpriced with EXTREMELY slow service. The atmosphere is beautiful, but the upkeep and decor is poor. The gym is the best in the south west bank- but is dirty, poorly maintained, and the staff is unhelpful. Complaints directly to the management go no where- anyone spending more than... More

Stayed with the kids on the 24th and 25th to spend Christmas there. It's bit far from the church of nativity. Taxi would cost usd 8 . Rooms are decent and clean and are priced right. There is not much to do here . More

I spent two days here during my pilgrimage to the Holy Land. It was a good base from which to explore the surrounding countryside and holy sites. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the restaurant provided excellent food in buffet style. Our only difficulty was finding our way around the hotel! Staff were alway around to offer guidance... More
