Really impressed. I like it a lot. The reception was excellent, the manager also. The swimming pool was excellent. 10 min walking to the beach. Parking is around the hotel. I got sick and they sent someone to my room to check me and afterwards they gave me a round-trip taxi voucher to go to the hospital. Room was cleaned... More

We stayed in the Royal Tulip Hotel in Eilat for 3 nights, first November weekend . couple with 3 small children (81/2, 61/2, 2 y.o.) The Hotel has nice facilities, like a big kids place with activities most of the day. We have breakfast and dinner meals. They were good. The swimming pool water was too cold to get in.... More

We prepaid our travel agent for 25 nights, for a 2-bedded room, half-board at the Fattal Chain's Royal Tulip Eilat. We were at the hotel a couple of days when a night receptionist told us that midway through our stay we would have to change hotels as they were closing for repairs. We are not young. To make us re-pack... More

place was ok--also stayed at the Agamim--much nicer and much more expensive. Breakfast was very good and people were loading up huge lunches to take away for later!! Cute show with singing and dancing (free)--room was nice, not all that clean, but really ok. COMPLAINT--for some reason, the desk help thinks that Americans are unwilling to walk anywhere more than... More

We reserved in this hotel because there was a rate special. I actually didn't get to spend much time in the hotel because I took a trip to Pettra (very recomendable). Though my husband and kids did and they had a wonderful day at the hotel's pool and kid's playroom. There was entertainment at night also good for those who... More

This was a very good hotel to stay for vacation. Not very big and luxury but quite clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfasts are pretty rich in choice though no meat products are offered. Nice pool, big enough for swimming. I would especially mention the reception managers - Yehuda and Batel - they were really of... More

The front desk staff were inept and couldn't cope with guests checking in. We booked via an online agent and the check-in took 25 mins! It was advertised as a multi-lingual hotel but the staff had very bad english. Room service was very slow..An hour for a Pizza! Rooms are not clean, Parking is very very limited. Extremely noisy during... More

The front is very nice, as is the the reception area. When we got here the receptionist that we got didn't look at our booking slip, they weren't expecting us and they thought we were part of a group. They tried putting us into a room we neither booked nor paid for, and it took most of the next day... More
