Great for kids. The staff keeps you happy. There are a lot of activities, I didn't feel any need to go outside of the hotel. There are nice shows both for the kinds and the parents. More

Family vacation, 8 persons. Dining room at an average minus the food is not varied, dining room staff is inefficient and dysfunctional. Note that there were two outstanding employees illuminating the place. Room Service make shour to wekeups each morning at 0830, even when asked "DO NOT Disturb". Even after we checked out in the morning, the hotel staff was nice to us till we left Eilat in the evening. Besides that, the rooms are great, clean and comfortable, and the location of Magic Palace is near everything, we stayed in Eilat for 3 days and we didn't take even 1 taxi. More

We had an organized weekend at the hotel. The place was satisfactorily clean, the spa, small but nice too. The pool was great. The weather was not the hotel's responsibility, but was fantastic for November. The barber left before his official closing time, but the city being at a 5 minutes walk away, this was not such a great loss.... More

The hotel is clean, free parking, a pool that is open every day until midnight. Food and service very good, staff courteous and welcoming. On the other hand, some of the rooms facing the airport so that the sound of takeoffs and landings. Better to take a room facing the pool. More

We stayed in this hotel 4 nights, it was the second and last time in this hotel. While checking in, the reception guy, equipped with an unpleasant attitude, did not do its best to help us, the lady that is in charge of the attractions in Eilat wasn't useful at all and even lied in order to close the deal....
