We hesitated to choose this hotel because we heard of the service "attitude". We didn't experience it. The wifi was weak and not free in our room, which I thought was kinda cheap for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast was terrific and we fell in love with our waiter. If you are looking for attentive service at lunch... More

The King David Hotel provided my family with the most amazing vacation imaginable. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. We were greated by a uniformed doorman, formally attired but warm and welcoming. Check in was seamless, within minutes my travel weary family members were whisked to our beautiful, luxuriously appointed rooms. Our large garden terrace overlooked the breathtaking... More

I can not believe in a hotel of this level that a guest must pay for wifi in the room. The lobby has free wifi but looks like a market place with everybody on their devices - very unprofessional and very disappointing in this day and age

This beautiful and historic hotel offers the best of Jerusalem. The views of the Old City, easily available Wifi, traditional Israeli breakfast and an overall exceptional staff make for a wonderful visit. We were upgraded (due to Amex) to a junior suite, room 320, with terraces and views of the hotel's beautiful pool and gardens as well as the Old... More

Stayed at King David Jesusalem in May 2013. The hotel is very close to the old city. It is absolutely fantastic. The service, food, breakfast and hotel cleanliness are impeccable. A small detail which I found very refreshing was that the mini-bar was stocked with water / juice / sodas and they made a point to tell us to use... More

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the King David. We were treated like we were royalty. This is the only hotel I have actually ever cried when I had to leave. The breakfast is fantastic. And the wait staff amazing. It will be hard for any other hotel to live up to the expectations set at the... More

I stayed at the King David for a week in early May 2013, and as usual it was fantastic. The best hotel in Jerusalem in the prime location. Its a 15 minute walk to the cafes and art galleries in one direction, and a 15 minute walk to the old city in the other direction. The food and service were... More

We had a large and beautiful deluxe room overlooking the Old City on the 2nd highest floor of the hotel. From the moment we checked in we were happy as could be. Utter elegance and impeccable service. We have a deluxe suite facing the old city. Breakfast is amazing and they are constantly bringing treats to our room. It's pricy, but perfect for a special occasion.
