The basement rooms are a little odd, with no view of the area, but the room is large, clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The location is close to the beach, the #10 Bus, lots of good places to eat and even a market if you want to pick up a few things to keep in your room.

This is a good choice especially if you are coming as a family (my case) or are staying longer. The room was not as spacious and modern as I had imagined but was good enough. excellent location in tel aviv. Very close to the beach and can be a comfortable stay. Very secure and easy to access with door code. A bit of inconvenient that there isn't 24hours check in and check out, but if you arrange everything before hand, it shouldn't be a problem.

The apartment is located in the basement.There are windows and aircondition. The room is nice and clean. There is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and refrigerator. The bathroom is small. The TV had only one channel. Breakfast was not included but can be booked. On Purim Holiday we got complimentary local pastry.

I found my apartment at Sea-Land the perfect place to stay in Tel Aviv. It was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a modern, efficient, air-conditiioning system.
