Hi everyone, I am not sure about everyone's country but according to Australian standards this was not a 5 star hotel... It was really average. I went there for my honeymoon (thankfully we moved onto a stunning hotel in eilat) and the place was far from romantic. The lift was from the 80s and I thought I was going to... More

I had two separate stays here, both pleasant. My first room was on the 6th floor with a side view of the beachfront. It's a very easy walk across the street to the beach itself and myriad restaurants. The room was quite nice. The shower nozzle was broken, but housekeeping sent someone up promotly to fix it and fix it... More

I stayed at the Sheraton for 5 nights as I was on a business trip and it was an interesting experience. The room: very spacious definitely, with a small balcony that had a great view of the city an the sea, not great to sit out but you can stand out for a while and it's nice. I was on... More

Stayed 5 nights in December 2011 using Starwood points and also paid for a couple of nights. As other reviewers have noted it helps if you have Platinum status - we got an upgraded room, access to the executive lounge, breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The room we had was modern, very comfortable and looks like it was recently refurbished. The... More

Stayed here in a suite in the towers section overlooking Jaffa. Room was clean, nicely decorated a good size (two toilets) and had a terrific view. Service was fantastic at all times, the pool was great to sit by even when crowded there was still always space. Very useful having the lounge (there are two lounges) which meant a nice... More

NOthing but good things to say about this hotel, but, having said that, I am a platinum starwood member and for upgraded to the towers. So I was treated like a big shot and I stayed there on points. They have a club lounge open 20 hours a day and they rotate the food, so...........breakfast, snack, dessert, snack (you get... More

Another stay in this hotel = average. Great location. Breakfast in the exec lounge on 18th floor had eggs, yogurts, fruits and few other items but relatively modest compared to the one in the main BF hall. Service OK but not fine. More

This is my Company's preferred hotel in Tel Aviv, and I've stayed there on a few occasions. It's a run of the mill Sheraton without much character, although it gets the job done. It's in a good location and, if you get a room facing the beach, the view is lovely. Rooms are clean and sterile, but tend to have... More
