I had no plans where to stay and now for the fourth time I was there and I called them and without making a reservation they helped me. Friendly, flexibel and they tells me, and I really feld it, this is your second home. So a better place to stay is not available, 300 meters from the ocean, and good... More

It is what it is. Great staff. Like most of old Tel Aviv, it is in a mixed area, new and modern side by side with run down buildings. No place for the 5 star hotel traveller, but perfectly adequate for someone willing to enjoy the adventure of the journey. The best thing going for it is the location. Unfortunately,... More

We were given an upgrade to a private double room because the 6-bed room we had reserved was overbooked. Clean room and beds, more than decent toilets, acceptable showers. The hostel is extremely hot and there are only fans in the rooms, but you can't expect AC everywhere in the summer in Tel Aviv. Free wifi throughout the building and... More

The Mugraby Hostel is very cheap in a city expensive for accomodation, hence it's appeal. The customer service is appalling. The rooms are very shabby. Most importantly, it is in a VERY noisy area. My partner and I can sleep most places and even had industrial earplugs in but do not stay here unless you a.) are planning to go... More

Had to book this place for a couple of nights because we went to Israel last minute and hotels were very busy in Tel Aviv at the time. We got a double room, which ended up being just a twin bed room. Room was so so, space ok, lots of stars up and no lift, the towels and linen were... More

Called up this place and was promised single room with own bath room. No problem, so I booked the room. There are no rooms with own bath room at the place! As I was only going to stay one night, I decided to stay there, as was also promised I could leave my bagage at the reception after checking out... More

I just left the hostel last night. The room I had was fair and included breakfast was very meager. They have wifi connection, but I soon found it very unstable. Our room was also very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights and it was impossible to sleep there without earplugs. The worst thing about this hostel is their attitude towards... More

When we saw it from the outside we almost resigned to enter, as it looks more like a squat than a hostel. Our room was a real hole. Sheets were so grey almost black and so thin that you could see through them. And please, don't call a matress the thing that we slept on, the bed was all wobbly... More

We stayed two nights in a private room for three at the Mugraby Hostel in Tel Aviv. The managers were friendly and full of advice and friendly chat. The hostel is located about 300 meters from a beautiful beach and a short 10 minute walk from Dizengoff Square. The room we had was rather old and rundown but still comfortable.... More
