I visited this hotel in my way back from China, where I stayed in the Ramada Xiamen Hotel. The Xiamen hotel was very good, and naturally I had similar expectation of this hotel. I was very disappointed. The hotel is very expensive (almost like 5 stars), the guy at the reception wasn't very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was lacking... More

For me its good hotel, I stayed 4 nights , good varieties of food, some of it poor of taste, restaurant little bit crowd they need to manage the group tables, I don’t like the cleaning of the room, they are not care about the guest needs I asked the girl on the floor 3 times to provide me some... This nice little hotel is situated in Shmeisani area which is a central location in Amman. Rooms are not very spacious but not very small either. It is good value for money and usually preferred by tour operators. It looks like a good time to renovate the rooms since some furniture is falling apart like closet doors or bathroom fixtures.... We stayed 3 nights at the Ramada Hotel. Room is nice and cozy. The Buffet breakfast & Dinner was average and below 4 star standard. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet area away from the hustle bustle of the city then this is the place to stay. However, the location is a distance away from the main... More

The staff really let this place down, they are so rude and non helpful. They attempt to get you into thier friends taxis/restaurants/place of business. The guy at reception deliberately did not get us a taxi to the Jett Station so we would miss out bus to Petra and get his friend to drive us (which didn't happen in the... More

Thank you for taking the time to contact the Ramada Hotel and Suites Amman. Per your comments, it seems that you experienced an individual at the Front Desk of the hotel, and a transportation issue which has been escalated to the General Manager. Marketing Manager More

My experience in the Ramada Hotel & Suites Amman was very disappointing. When we arrived we got given a horrible single room (for two people) and a folding bed even though I have booked and paid for a double bed. After complaining we got told that there aren't any other rooms available but that we will be put into a... More

Nice and renovated hotel. The service is good, as well as the food. I had breakfast and dinner there. Breakfast is quite simple, but reasonable. Dinner has a lot more options. The rooms are new and confortable. The recepcion provides a copy of the map of the city and give you good tips about nice restaurants close by. The location... More

Very average hotel, a 15 minute taxi ride from the city centre, and a 15 minute walk from bars/restaurants. Reception staff very helpful. Smoky bar and communal areas, but typical for Jordan. More

Thank you for your time to comment. The hotel is located in a residential area, walking distance to the City Center and in turn does provide for quiet evenings vs the busy city center. And we do implement non smoking in the 'nonsmoking area' at the hotel and of course do allow for smoking in the smoking areas. We hope... More

The Hotel is located in the city center, however the access road is not well known, therefore, some time found difficult for the local Taxi Drivers to reach there. The staff is very helpful. Environment is very good and comfortable. Rates are also reasonable. More
