Overall a good place to stay, even if prices at restaurant and bar are quite high. Best place for relaxing at outside pool area. Quality if food and service is good, but also fastfood places and Irish pub nearby.

The staff re helpful and charming and the hotel has all the amenities. I do agree it is a little dated but it has a convenient location and seems to be a comfortable jumping off point for a trip to Jordan

I like the Crowne Plaza and often visit for various functions or to have a coffee after visiting the dentist next door. Stayed in this hotel for 1 week upon returning to Jordan after 25 years. We found staff extrermely helpful and friendly.
